    As usual Danny and Carlos did a great job with my hair so 5 stars for them! I’m knocking off a star because my treatment was delayed by 2 selfish, entitled women who caused me to be delayed by 1/2 hr. The one arrived 15 mins late for her appointment and the other used her connections to be ‘squeezed in’. Neither apologised for the inconvenience caused but rather prattled on about their busy important lives. This behaviour should not be tolerated or it will simply continue. I would suggest the following: 5-15 mins late - additional charge of £20 to be split between the hairdresser and the subsequent client who is now also delayed >15 mins appointment is cancelled and a no-show fee is charged No ‘squeeze ins’ no matter how ‘important’ the client may be, but if this must be done then a penalty of £40 charged, again to be shared between the hairdresser and the inconvenienced client. It’s time to end this entitled behaviour, so you can focus on doing what you do so well - styling hair.

Also he very patient and such a Kind and really Caring person. He’s very proud of his work and won’t let you down. A true perfectionist, thank you Carlos. ❤️

    Carlos is an amazing Colourist as he has really brought my hair to life with very subtle sun kissed highlights and then I had a Keratin treatment after that he promised me would make my hair and life easier for my Frizzy hair and lock in shine . Whatever he has done has worked and I am forever thankful and grateful to have had Carlos at this Salon. He is great, Thankyou Carlos 🙏🏼

    Ive just had my first visit to this Salon , and could not be happier with my Colour and keratin treatment. I had a full head of highlights of creamy blonde and had it done very naturally which looks amazing. I then has a keratin treatment to get rid off my frizz and slight curl at my crown area which has worked wonders. Thank you very much Carlos for your hospitality and patience with my hair. I’m truly grateful and blessed to have had you doing my colour and keratin. I couldn’t be more grateful with your beautiful work ❤️
