    As usual Danny and Carlos did a great job with my hair so 5 stars for them! I’m knocking off a star because my treatment was delayed by 2 selfish, entitled women who caused me to be delayed by 1/2 hr. The one arrived 15 mins late for her appointment and the other used her connections to be ‘squeezed in’. Neither apologised for the inconvenience caused but rather prattled on about their busy important lives. This behaviour should not be tolerated or it will simply continue. I would suggest the following: 5-15 mins late - additional charge of £20 to be split between the hairdresser and the subsequent client who is now also delayed >15 mins appointment is cancelled and a no-show fee is charged No ‘squeeze ins’ no matter how ‘important’ the client may be, but if this must be done then a penalty of £40 charged, again to be shared between the hairdresser and the inconvenienced client. It’s time to end this entitled behaviour, so you can focus on doing what you do so well - styling hair.
